People who do not show up after 10 minutes of the reserved time will lose all rights to the reservation. You can cancel or reschedule the appointment on our website or by calling us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 100% of the total value of the reserved massages would be charged. In the case of the gift voucher or voucher, it would lose its value.
